Japanese silver Daikoku's mallet with gilt decorations, signed Ginsei 銀製 (pure silver), Showa Period.

Daikoku 大黒, the God of wealth and good fortune is always happy and good humoured. He often carries a mallet which can grant wishes and a treasure sack which he carries over the shoulder.
