The round, domed foot with finely embossed garlands of fruit between three oval reserves with amoretti. The broad rim of the bowl with corresponding decor around four reserves with finely wrought depictions of Venus, Iris, Pluto, and Neptune in landscape. The centre depicting Alexander the Great meeting with King Poros of India.
A tazza by this maker is in the so-called Calverley toilette service, now in the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
