A very fine and clear engraving printed in slightly pewter colour ink that lend an warm effect. Printed on paper with the watermark “star into a circle”, Hind n. 51 and Briquet, n. 608,  both dated the watermark within 1522 in Bergamo (Italy).  Furthemore B.C.E.H.L  have observed the same watermark on the Holy Family by G.A. da Brescia of the Cleveland Museum collection.

The print has a very good conservation except for a very well done tear of the lower left edge (about mm 4 x 3). Incredibly complete.

Dimensions

46,5 x 36,4

Condition report

A mm 4 x 3 tear very well done on the middle of the left margin, and a smaller one on the upper left angle, otherwise in very good condition. Incredibly complete.
