A Georgian walking cane, substantial, made from exotic palmwood capped with a button of turned ivory cut from the core of a tusk, turned and tapering to a brass and steel ferrule.

The shaft pierced for a wrist strap, the holes finished with oval silver-coloured metal.

English circa 1780.
