A large George II period mahogany oval supper centre table; the table's well figured tilt-top above a wrythen turned stem and raised on handsome cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.
This Georgian table is the ideal size for a supper table to comfortably seat six people or a centre table; the table's clean, simple design is typical of the best pieces from the early Georgian period. The table retains a good colour and patination.
