A fine George V sterling silver cup and cover of George I style.It is of a bell-shaped form on to a spreading foot. The surface of the cup is plain and encircled with an applied girdle.
The lower body is enriched with an alternating leaf design which is repeated on the cover. The cover is surmounted by an exceptional silver urn style finial.
The cup is fitted with two scroll handles.
