Very Attractive George III Sterling Silver Bright Cut Table Spoon.

Maker: Richard Ferris. Exeter 1794. 

The front of the stem is engraved with typically West Country bright cut engraving. The top of the stem has a bright cut escutcheon enclosing engraving 'S + C' 'I TO S' '+' '1794'. 

The full set of hallmarks is clearly stamped on the reverse of the stem, which is plain.
