George III period mahogany double-sided writing-table; each long side with three oak-lined drawers with cross-banded facings and original brass angular handles; the central drawers fitted with a leather-lined slide. On square tapered legs with boxwood stringing and brass box castors; the top inset with gold-tooled red leather. Circa 1790
