An Exquisite George III Period Drum Top Centre Table.
Constructed from Honduras mahogany and inlaid with satinwood marquetry, the circular table supported on a tripartite base with gadrooned oblate bun feet concealing castors, variously inlaid with floriate patterns, the central pillar dressed with turned discs, supporting the revolving top exhibiting a laurel banded edge and a tooled Moroccan leather top; below, the frieze inlaid in conforming style and fitted with four drawers each with a lockable Bramah patented mechanism.
