A good late eighteenth century George III Irish Silver Sauce Boat made in Dublin circa 1780 by Matthew West of Dublin. The sauce boat is in typical Irish style with a punched bead border and stands on three hoof feet. The sauce boat which is in very good condition bears the original owners initials underneath (J P).
