BADA Gift List - Under £1000A nice French brass candlestick, circa 1710, the hexagonal base well finished beneath; the conforming stem made in two parts braized vertically.
The socket of this candlestick has been made with a single aperture to aid the removal of the candle stump; the thin casting resulting in a further hole to the same face of the socket.
