Mahogany Tric Trac Table.
France, circa 1820.
A fine early nineteenth century mahogany tric trac table, with ebonised playing surface, triangular lozenges of stained wood in white and green, with two opposing drawers for counters at each end, all supported on reeded tapering legs, terminating in brass castors. With detachable top with baize for cards, and leather surface to the reverse. With two leather shakers and stained box wood counters.
