This exceptionally rare English provincial piece is modelled in a plain scroll form and is scratch engraved with the very rare title of CATCHUP.

The label is in excellent condition and is well marked on the reverse with the maker's mark, duty mark and sterling mark.

Sauce labels from Chester are extremely rare and only a handful are know to have been made.
