English Blue & White Pearlware Pottery Chinoiserie Bowl.
Circa 1790-1800.
The underglaze blue bowl fully decorated with Chinoiserie scenes of Chinese building encircling the exterior of the bowl. The interior fully painted with a garden scene to the central well and with a band of oval blue designs around the rim with pendant flowers band below.
A great bowl. On one side there is a firing fault where the glaze did not adhere to the side.
Dimensions: 4 3/4 inches high x 11 1/4 inches in diameter.
