From our collection of fine Japanese antique Metalware, this attractive pair of flare-topped vases with expressive lifelike decoration of a flock of Sparrows.
The birds perched on the flowering branches of Cherry blossom.
The patination of the metals has been used by the artist to great effect giving a realistic rendering of the natural colours of the birds.
