Regency Three Light Candelabra.
An elaborate three light candelabra with a pillar and file cut base mounted with a central silver band decorated with finely feather cut rosettes and hung with rounded rule drops surmounted by central light and two silver branches all with finely cut fan edge nozzles and pans also hung with rule drops and round spangles, attributed to Hancock & Rixion.
