A stylish Edwardian butterfly brooch.
The brooch has two enamelled butterflies each set with diamond tipped wings and abdomen and a pearl set to the centre. The butterflies are on a curved bar to imitate movement and each has guilloche enamel wings, one blue one green.
The brooch is in silver and gold typical of the era and the diamonds are open to the back allowing light into the stones. This lovely brooch has its original box and is incredibly stylish when worn.
We believe the brooch is English but might have been retailed in Austria as it has Austrian import marks on the pin.
