The original bevelled plate surrounded by a gilded, moulded border. The cavetto frame with green lacquerwork decoration with fine vertical feathering. Surrounded by an ormolu neoclassical border, within a repeat of the green decoration in a narrow moulding surrounded by a narrow, 5.5cm deep, woodgrained frame imitating rosewood.
