An early 18th century oak chest on stand of small proportions, the rectangular top with moulded edge above three long graduated drawers with double-bead rail mouldings, the original stand with a single long drawer above an arched apron, resting on turned columnar legs, a shaped stretcher and small bun feet, retaining the original elaborate cast and lacquered brass pulls and escutcheons.
