A fine late 18th Century English quarter repeating cylinder in diamond set gold and enamel pair cases with matching chatelaine. Full plate fire gilt movement with fusee and chain.

Gilt dust cover pierced to reveal the silver regulator disc and table of the pierced and engraved cock, diamond endstone. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder, large steel escape wheel.

Push pendant quarter repeating on a bell in the case. White enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, fine diamond set hands. Pierced gold inner case, gold pendant and bow.

Fine gold and enamel outer case, the bezels set with a row of split pearls. Translucent dark blue enamel over an engine turned ground. The back decorated with a diamond set mask centered by a very large and impressive diamond.

Matching gold and enamel chatelaine set with diamonds, two of the chains of strung pearls. The outer chains suspending two decorative diamond set gold and enamel tassels strung with pearls.

On the inner chains a matching key (lacking shaft) and seal carved with a flower and "A Vous" above.
