Turned and Copper Bound Mahogany Stick Stand.
England Circa 1890.
Height 25 inches (63.5 centimetres) Diameter 12 inches (30.5 centimetres).
The cylindrical body with turned lip and stepped and moulded base.
The cylinder section bound with copper straps and decorated with brass lion mask handles. The lower interior is protected with a metal liner.
This well made and sophisticated stick stand will be a useful addition to any entrance hall.
