A wonderful new collection of modern rugs have just arrived hand-woven using the best natural dyes and hand-spun wool we have seen. This modern Sultanabad carpet uses designs from the famous carpets woven in Sultanabad in the late 19th century, Ziegler and Sultanabad have long been names associated with the most decorative and beautiful carpets. We think this new collection are some of the best currently produced, with the variety of dyes, the weave and the height the pile has been cut making them look subtle faded antique carpets. We have a vast stock of competitively priced modern carpets all hand-woven with traditional floral designs such as Ziegler and Agra as well as more contemporary rugs which will have little or no pattern. Any of our carpets can be viewed in-situ in London, Surrey, Hampshire & the UK by appointment or please do come and visit our showroom in Crondall, Surrey.
Having been producing beautiful quality contemporary hand-made carpets since 1990 all our carpets and rugs use hand-spun wool and natural dyes woven within a fair trade weaving scheme to help aid the end of illegal child labour. Every modern hand-made carpet we import is part of the Care and Fair scheme.
