Colonial padouk bookcase, the display cabinet with a pair of doors, each with six rectangular glass panes, opening to a fitted interior and an adjustable shelf over a pair of panelled doors that open to shelves. Stands upon a plinth base.

Colonial, probably East Indies to an English design, circa 1780 -1840.
