The round convex painted dial signed Chisholm & Co London with Roman numerals. Mercury gilt brass hands.
Case
The rosewood case of lovely rich patina with a chamfer top and brass bound. Canted brass corners to the case and brass framed inset panels around the cast brass bezel with a convex glass. Fish scale frets to the sides and brass ball feet.
Movement
The eight day double fusee movement with anchor escapement, striking the hours on a bell with strike/silent function. The backplate with engraved border and signed Chisholm & Co London.
