Chippendale carved mahogany serpentine tea table.
A George III Chippendale period mahogany tea table; the serpentine fronted top opening to reveal a mahogany surface above a frieze with a gadrooned edge and raised on square moulded legs with acanthus carved ear pieces. This tea table retains an excellent colour and patination.
