An amboyna and ebony veneered table cabinet, inlaid with thin strips of ivory.
The ebony top inlaid with an amboyna panel, above amboyna sides and to the front a pair of ebony doors with amboyna panels, inlaid with a thin band of ivory in the form a cartouche. The doors open to reveal a register of five drawers with amboyna fronts and flush brass handles. The whole supported on turned bun feet.
Measurements: 15” (39 cm) High; 19” (48 cm) Wide; 11 ¾” (30 cm) Deep.
This object incorporates antique ivory and has been granted an Ivory Act exemption certificate
