Chinese Set of Drawers
A good quality late 19th century tall Chinese chest in padouk; good original colour and well carved detail; drawers below and shelves above; small cabriole feet.
My grandfather bought this in Peking (Beijing) in the 1930s when he was working for the Shell Oil company, though it was probably made about 1880-1900.
