Chinese Export Porcelain Large Famille Rose Punch Bowl.
Circa 1765.
A superb large Chinese Export famille rose porcelain punch bowl with a Bianca-supra-Bianca ground forming large flowerheads with shaped alternating panels containing exotic birds or cockerels.
Around the foot of the bowl are a series of alternating small panels in turquoise or pink, each painted with a pendant.
The interior is fully decorated in the well with large peony flowers and plants and the rim with a wide band of diaper with various panels of famille rose flowers.
The Chinese wood stand sold with the bowl if you wish.
Diameter Bowl: 15 1/2 inches x 6 1/2 inches high.
