After a Northern European Baroque Silver Form.
Circa 1740-50.
The rare Chinese Export porcelain tureen is of a quatrefoil bombé shape and is painted on both sides with an Oriental garden with plants and flowers with a zig-zag fence.
The handles in the form of grotesque-masks. The cover in the form of an open-work coronet finial.
Dimensions: 12 3/4 inches high x 16 inches wide x 12 3/4 inches deep.
