The Chinese Export porcelain armorial rectangular-shaped dish is decorated in the central well with the arms of Skinner. The well with a gilt spearhead band and the rim with a floral border.
Dimensions:10 1/4 inches width x 7 inches deep x 1 1/8 inches high
Reference: Chinese Armorial Porcelain, David Sanctuary Howard, Page 466 where the author mentions that the arms are identical to three bookplates in the Franks collection.
