Chinese blue and white vase, Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated with three large panels containing a landscape scene of a lone boatman beside a mountainous shore, a beribboned basket containing peony and chrysanthemum, and flowering boughs issuing from rockwork; all against a cell ground; the foot and shoulder with large ruyi-head cartouches containing scrolling floral design, the tall neck with a band of double circles containing small flowerheads
