Wanli (1575-1619).
Decorated to the body with panels containing floral sprays and tasselled precious objects, a band of ruyi heads to the mid-section, with further panels of tassels and dots to the neck and rim.
Kraakware was produced in Jingdezhen from around 1580. With a light body ideal for transport, it was produced almost entirely for export to Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
