Fine Chinese blue and white saucer dish.
Kangxi (1662-1722).
Decorated in a bright underglaze blue with a scene from The Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
The scene depicts Lui Bei marrying Sun Quan’s sister. Sun Quan used his sister to entice Lui Bei to the wedding so he could kill or capture him but Lui Bei escaped.
Six character Chenghua mark to the bottom.
Condition: 'hair-line' cracks.
