Chinese baluster jar and cover Kangxi(1662-1722), the jar finely painted in a bright underglaze blue with ladies and boys in a rocky fenced garden containing maple trees, the boys pursuing various activities including reading scrolls and picking leaves from a maple tree, the neck with four Daoist Treasures above a cracked ice band, the lid decorated with boys and rock work, the base with a six character Chenghua mark within a double circle; height: 26 cm.
