For sale is this small silver cream jug by Charles Ashbee for the Guild of Handicraft, London 1906. The jug has a classic Ashbee wirework handle with the footed base set with three good green chrysoprase stones, each separated by a ball of silver gilt or gold. The interior of the is gilded. A really beautiful rare piece that has that jewel like quality that Ashbee was so adept at creating. The jug is in excellent original condition.
