A beautifully decorated pair of late 19th Century Japanese vases with interesting Bronze patination. The vases have both inlaid and onlaid multi-metal decoration and depict a family of young sparrows flying amongst Bamboo shoots.
The handles, bottom and neck of each vase with intricate flush inlaid decoration.
