Art Nouveau Gem-set Gold Perfume Flask circa 1910.
A beautiful Art Nouveau gold perfume flask set with a cabochon ruby and a cabochon sapphire.
This pretty flask would have been hung from a long chain and has its original silver gilt topped cork stopper to the inside.
The flask has a hinged handle and lid with a large gold runner ring for a chain and is in beautiful condition. It is possibly continental European in origin.
Price Code: C, £1000 - £2500.
Era: Edwardian circa 1901 - 1920.
Measurements: 4.6cm in length (excluding handle), 1.2cm diameter , 9.7 grams in weight.
Hallmarks: Stamped 585 for 14ct gold to base of bottle.
