An elegant Art Deco jade and crystal bead necklace.
This beautiful necklace has a series of graduated jade beads each with a facetted rock crystal 'rondel' set between in typically Art Deco style.
The necklace has a rose diamond set lozenge design clasp. The clasp is typical of the era with a gemset front and pierced back with a hook style catch.
The jade is a mottled soft green in colour and well matched.
Era: Art Deco, 1920 - 1940.
Measurements: Necklace 83cm (32.5 inches) including clasp.
Clasp 1.6cm in length, 7mm at widest point.
Jade beads 4-9.3mm diameter.
Hallmarks: Clasp stamped 750 (for 18ct white gold) with AW makers mark .
