George III Oval Old Sheffield Plate Centrepiece.

A magnificent George III old Sheffield silver plate and glass centrepiece of oval form standing on four paw feet; one large cut glass bowl and four smaller ones. The main receiver has a band of pierced decoration of grapes and vines.

Each paw foot is ornamented to the upper portion with chased leaf decoration. The centrepiece has four removable arms which support the smaller cut glass bowls.

Scawby Hall Lincolnshire 
An early 17th century manor, home to the Nelthorpe family since 1605. Scawby Hall is Grade-I listed, and is set beside a three-acre walled garden. 
The house is a good example of early Jacobean style, with a steeply pitched, gabled roof decorated with striking diamond-plan chimney clusters. Within this attractive house are displays of Regency and Georgian items .
