A fine quality George III silver teapot by the important maker Robert Sharp of London.The handsomely pannelled body has a finely engraved original family crest on one side and the lid is surmounted by a detachable silver pineapple(The pineapple was a symbol of wealth and hospitality in Georgian England and the Colonies).The teapot is in excellent condition and executed by a very fine silversmith in Robert Sharp.
