A pretty Antique Silver George II Lemon Strainer made in London in 1742 by Joseph Steward. The strainer is very attractively pierced and has a cast handle applied to each side. The strainer although designed to strain fruit for punches could be used as a tea strainer. It is hallmarked on the front amongst the piercing and is in good condition.
