This exquisite Antique George V Britannia Silver Dressing Table – Jewellery Box is made in the Charles II manner, being of rectangular form with canted corners and standing on four pierced scroll bracket feet.The purity of silver is 95.8 ( sterling silver .925).
The hinged lid is engraved with a lozenge together with foliate feather mantling. The interior is lined with red velvet surmounted by fine gold braid and it is in superb condition throughout.
