An attractive George III period Oak Dresser Base, having superbly figured top.

Having three frieze drawers with mahogany crossbanded decoration and original brass swan neck handles, above shaped apron with candle drawer raised on elegant cabriole legs and pad feet.

An excellent size this dresser is extremely versatile and can be used in many different places around the home. It has three good size, functional drawers which unusually retain their original brass handles. The extra candle drawer is also a particularly nice touch.

A good 18th century example there are a few features of refinement which are not to be found on a large percentage of many that you will see from this period, including the mahogany crossbanding, extra detailing to the handles and the elegantly shaped apron.

The dresser retains a good warm colour and is ready to go straight into the home of any prospective purchaser.
