A charming and good quality set of mid 19th century mahogany wall hanging shelves consisting of three well figured tiers united by elegant spiral twist turned upright supports.

This elegant set of shelves are the perfect size for just about any wall, in any room. They are big enough to use as an area to display those special objects as a feature in the more formal rooms of the home, or even as a spice rack in the kitchen or dining room.

They are very sturdy and nice and tight, which is probably owing to the overall quality of construction and the fact they have clearly been well used, but also well loved over the many years of their life. They certainly ready for immediate use in both the home or office and they also add a touch of functional elegance to the room.

Circa 1850.
