- An elegant and sophisticated vernacular piece with the crossbanding and unusual stringing around edge of the top and down the outside edge of the legs.
- The top with fine flame figuring.
- Clean lines with fine tapering legs.
- Exceptional rich and lustrous original patina.

A 19th century mahogany side table with crossbanded top and boxwood stringing. The top with flame figuring and a 2cm band of crossbanding and boxwood stringing the frieze fitted with a single drawer with a replaced but period brass handle retaining original pine linings. Standing on tapering legs with stringing down the . Excellent color and patina.
This piece does not require a Cites certificate, it is not made from Swietenia humilis.
