A fine quality one piece 19th century oak Pedestal Desk, having gilt tooled leather inset to top over arrangement of eleven drawers.

Retaining original wooden knobs to front and arched panels to reverse raised on original plinth base.

This desk is slightly unusual in design being constructed in one piece as opposed to the usual 3 piece design for a pedestal desk.

It is also constructed from wonderful quality oak which retains a superb untouched colour and patina and the overall design of the desk has a slight gothic taste to it.

The knobs are original and the leather has been replaced recently, but is not brand new. All in all this
desk is a great size for a modern home and has real character.
