Gillows of Lancaster & London

England, circa 1790

Finest Quality Gillows of Lancaster,Rosewood Crossbanded Sofa Table . Very much in the tradition of the Sheraton Style of the Period which emphasises clean lines and the use of high quality timbers . 
Would suit the serious collector looking to upgrade. Interesting fact that in 1803 Broughton Hall Yorkshire purchased same for £28.9 shillings and 5 pence.

Excellent....possibility of change to the drawer handles which are very correct and in keeping with the style . Note the original surface with perfect patina .
