A very pretty six drawer 18th century veneered satinwood writing desk of rare small size.
Finely crossbanded top which is edged in ebony inset leather lined top over six frieze drawers, banded in harewood.
The small oval brass handles are later. The whole is raised on square tapering legs supported on brass castors.
