Figured Top Over Two Short And Three Long Drawers Retaining
Original Brass Handles Flanked By Reeded Quarter Columns To
Canted Corners Raised On Original Shaped Ogee Bracket Feet

(A charming English 18th Century chest of drawers which was almost
certainly made in the north of the country due to the well documented
design combination of canted corners and ogee feet plus the fact the
Walnut could well have been locally sourced. It has retained a lovely warm
colour and this gives it elegance. Very much fit for original purpose this chest
of drawers is practical enough for use in any well used/lived in part of the
house, but at the same time elegant and charming enough to be used as a
feature in important room of the house.)
