18ct yellow gold ring with three round brilliant diamonds on each shoulder G/H, Vs1-SI1, total weight approx 0.5ct.
Accompanied by GRS Gemresearch Swisslab Certificate stating Yellow/Orange colour, cushion shaped with brilliant/step cut, of Sri Lankan origin.
